Monitoring Specific Claims
This service is provided for any account where a difficult claim exists, as identified by our advisor, account executive, claims management specialist or client. This service includes intervention in lawsuits and any claim where the insurance carrier fails to act in a timely and responsible manner
Claims reports are provided when requested by our clients and/or our insurance advisor
Claims meetings are scheduled and facilitated when requested by our clients and/or our insurance advisor
Workers’ Compensation Claims
We will conduct a workers’ compensation claims review prior to the unit stat card filing. This service is provided for workers’ compensation clients when requested by our clients and/or our insurance advisor
Workers’ Compensation Experience Modifier
A review of workers’ compensation experience modifier at the end of the policy service is provided to determine:
- If re-filings are possible, and
- What advantages might exist to the client for re-filing
Medical Clinic Visits
When medical visits are needed, meetings are arranged between the client and area medical clinics to gain familiarity with the services, procedures, and requirements of the area medical clinics.
